Nonprofit Executive Initiative
Brian Sooy presents to the Lorain County Community Foundation Executive Initiative, in collaboration with Karen Sayre of The Cleveland Foundation and Beth Maiden of the Lorain County Community Foundation.
The Community Foundation identified three specific areas need by area nonprofits for development: Effective leadership, financial and internal controls, and development and marketing.
Our presentation emphasized the relevance of positioning, branding and marketing as it relates to development.
