In order to recruit the best and brightest in a highly competitive healthcare market (Cleveland is also home to The Cleveland Clinic), MetroHealth sought to recruit a more diverse workforce.
The program positioned MetroHealth as "The Meaningful Choice for Health Care Professionals." The literature thoroughly touted the benefits of employment at MetroHealth, the allure and opportunities of living in Cleveland, and the appeal of a career with this publicly-funded health care institution.
